Customer Panel
A Customer Panel meets regularly to talk to a team of people from the Company, including the Managing Director, Operations Manager and representatives of the Inspectors and drivers.
Invited customers come together to give their experiences of company services and are encouraged to raise any problems they encounter. Feedback from customers can be positive and constructive and all is important to the company team. Feedback from these meetings helps the company to review and improve service standards.
The meeting is at the bus depot and attendees are offered transport from the town-centre bus station.
If you would like to join the Customer Panel you will be invited to attend meetings two or three times a year. Notes of the meetings are kept and circulated.
